We used Jerry March Funeral Services five years ago for our Mums funeral and were extremely pleased with the service given, attention to detail and the value given. We absolutely gave Mum the send off Dad wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we found ourselves requiring Jerry March's (Adam's) services again when Dad passed away earlier this year. There was no discussion required about which funeral director to use, and a quick call to Adam to arrange a meeting. As always a very professional service - Adam had all the details from Mum's service to hand which made it easy to make the arrangements.
It's great to be able to actually speak to the same person throughout arrangements, and that person to be involved, hands on in the services provided too. Also post service, Adam's attention to detail or availability didn't waive, and he was always there for questions either in person, or over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. No hard sell, just a good informative discussion about which options are available and left totally to us, the family, which service we wished to use.
